Cabinet Installer
Job responsibilities
- Install quality custom closet and home organizing systems in client’s homes.
- Meet installation deadlines and adhere to company systems.
- Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
- Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
- Maintain equipment and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- Check materials against the installation plan and load vehicle.
- Assist with manufacturing as required.
- Resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
- Additional tasks as required.
Personal requirements
- 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Experience with woodworking equipment and handheld tools a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to follow a design.
- Valid BC Drivers licence (Class 5).
- Excellence in customer service skills!
Compensation and benefits

Sales & Design Consultant
Description
As a Sales and Design consultant, you will meet with potential customers, provide them with an in-home consultation, and design a custom storage solution that will meet their storage needs. You will work closely with our production and installation teams through the completion of the job, and follow up with the customer once the job is closed.
Personal qualifications
- You are a confident individual with proven sales experience (preferably in the home/office furniture or the home renovation industry).
- You have some experience in design.
- You have a passion for customer service.
- You are good at visualizing and have a great sense for space.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are detailed oriented, organized and able to prioritize.
- You are not easily discouraged and up for a challenge.
- You are able to see the BIG PICTURE.
You must
- Have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Be willing to work weekends and evenings.
Compensation
We offer an attractive commission for each sale opportunity won, and a comprehensive benefit package after 3 months.
Resinous Flooring Installer
Job responsibilities
- Grind cement floors, pour liquid polyurethane, polyaspartic, epoxy flooring.
- Meet installation deadlines and adhere to company systems.
- Understanding company product lines, machinery, and installation techniques.
- Operate company vehicle and tools in a safe manner.
- Maintain equipment and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- Check materials against the work order and load vehicle.
- Resolve client concerns in a professional manner.
- Additional tasks as required.
Personal requirements
- Knowledge of how to use a paint brush, trowel, and paint roller is an asset.
- Knowledge of concrete, resin, and hardener is an asset.
- Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
- Honest and reliable.
- Punctual with an excellent work ethic.
- Quality-conscious.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physically demanding duties.
- Valid BC Drivers licence (Class 5).
- Strong verbal skills (English).
